Can anyone provide me suggestion on the following questions?

Do cells under vibration present different behavior in the following conditions:

in human body (within tissue, cells are like packed in a container, movement very much limited)

in vitro (in glass dish, cells not packed, free to move/vibrate)

in computational model (usually consider single cell without any constraint, cell free to move)

How can the results of conditions 2, 3 apply to 1?
