hello everyone how is this publication for book publish and they are taking package money like 24000?
1. You need to be assured that the textbook will be prescribed, to ensure that it will be bought.
2. You will need to go through development cycles with real students. This can be via photocopies.
3. Edition 1 can be published cheaper. Look locally.
4. E-textbooks solve many economic problems (but introduce some new problems -- like easy copyright infringement).
I am assuming that you just want a few copies of your thesis-book, and that you want to use the author-copies for this, with no sales envisaged.

The cost per copy drops as the print run increases, which is correct.
The publisher is part of the vanity press for wannabe writers, not researchers. It is probably a print-on-demand press. The costs are too high for your purposes. The quality of the paper and printing might be satisfactory for the domestic mass market, but not for the university which will insist on longevity. You have to check. You would also need to check also that the university is happy to receive a soft-cover copy.
Page layout and cover design etc are extras. Certainly, it is an expensive way to print the 5 copies required for your thesis: one for each of the two examiners, plus another two -- one for yourself and one for your departmental library, and one copy to give to Mum. Bear in mind that most of the free services, such as the social services, will not be required for a thesis-book, and this is built into their costs, so this is a waste of money for your needs. Rather find a local copy shop and bookbinder.
Ian Kennedy , dear sir its not related to my thesis , my point is if suppose you are thinking to write a competitive book for students can we do in this publication, is it good but too costly for students ,,,,,otherwise suggest some publication where we can publish competitive type books with reasonable price,

sir I am economically weak that is why I am thinking about this publication charges as silver package after discount is 24k that is very much .
It's easier and cheaper to print the number of copies for students on the printer itself. I know from experience.
I think Prof. Kennedy has provided all the necessary information about notion press.
The views of Prof. Ian and Prof. Nikolay are right. Make sure it is endorsed by your department and then discuss with the editor/publisher on ways to make the price affordable for the students. Trust me, the price will be bearable in mass print.
