Hplc method for plasma/serum levels of Statins?

Respected researchers,

I am not very used to chromatography, but now have to use it for the drug plasma level part of my study.. Atorvastatin and Rosuvastain are my drugs and I have hplc with only C18 column. for mobile phase we have hplc grade ethanol, methanol, water, and Acetonitril, with a one step extraction. can anyone help me?
