I want synthesize nano-ferro fluid by using of Fe2O3 or Fe3O4. Do you think i can forming this homogeneous fluid with this NPs or not?
In during synthesize of NPs, should them distribute in liquid, homogeneously. witch method of synthesize you prefer to reach to this aim?

Your question is not bit clear. But I will answer with whatever I understood.
The synthesis protocol for ferrofluid comprising of nanoparticles (\gamma-Fe2O3) are very common. Two methodology that are commonly used are - (a) co-precipitation method, and (b) forced hydrolysis method. I suggest you to have a look into the papers by Prof. C. J. Serna or Prof. Matjevic.
However, there are other two associated challenges (i) polydispersity and (ii) surface roughness. That requires optimizations. If you are looking for the synthesis of hematite (\alpha Fe2O3) which are antiferromagnetic, you can have a look into some of my works.
" homogeneous nano-ferro fluid" is an oxymoron. If nanoparticles are dispersed in a solvent, this system is not homogeneous by definition.
Dear Yurii V Geletii very good point! It can not be emphasized often enough that nanoparticles can not be dissolved but only dispersed. (Of course you can dissolve iron oxide nanoparticles in nitric acid...🤣😂)

Shaghayegh Adib Amini "Oxymoron" is when you have two words where the first word and the second word cannot be used together in a meaningful way because they contradict each other. For example, "wet powder", "dry water", "happy sadness".
For this discussion, the point being made is the a dispersion of particles cannot, by definition, be truly homogeneous. The heterogeneity is inevitable because you have discrete regions of solid. However, in your defence, you do ask how to disperse them homogeneously. That is possible. You are asking how to ensure the concentration of particles is uniform throughout the fluid. In this case, the degree of dispersion is homogeneous.
It is unfortunate that native English speakers forget that this is an international forum. I have no idea what the equivalent of oxymoron is in other languages or even if the concept exists. Indeed, some research has shown that non-native English speaks communicate more clearly in international settings than native ones.
John Francis Miller in German the term "Oxymoron" is also being used as such. Of course one could also say "contradiction in itself".
