Pomegranate trees, fruits, leaves, stems, all parts are spoiled, due to bacterial blight, and checked it is xanthomonas axonopodis, what will the permanent solution or treatment be?
Different experiments proved efficiency of bactrinashak, streptocycline, treptocycline (0.05%) + copper oxychloride (0.2%), bacterinol 100 (0.05%) + copper oxychloride (0.2%), and bacteriomycin (0.05%) + copper oxychloride (0.2%). If you have permitted mankozeb, you can use it with CuSO4 or copper oxychloride in equimolar mixture. Alluminium fosethyl and fludioxonil have some activity as well.

i used antibiotic but still i am not getting complete control of bacteria xanthomonus axonopodis of pomegranate.
We found that colloid silver (ZeroxTM) applied with antibiotics in most of cases can solve the problem of antibiotic resistance.
I first reported this pathogen and all the culture deposited to international culture collections. I was warned the authority about its spread but my voice was not listen by the ICAR authority neither I have been consulted afterwards. We have published paper 20 year back about the failure of antibiotics. only eradication and vacation of pomegranate cultivation for 3 -4 years and planting of bacterium free plant would be long term solution.

complete eradication is not happening, but complete cure should be available..
timely management as advised by ALex is the solution to manage the disease instead of stopping pomegranate cultivation. Eradication of the pathogen shoud not be possible in nature.
Eradication is possible provide we have guts to do it. In the citrus bacterial canker disease has been eradicated, in human disease small pox virus eradicated, polio virus we are likely to eradicate. I do not believe it is impossible.
There are several claim that it can be managed well. If it is like that I would be the happiest person if the technology is spread and adopted the growers.
Still I believe that sanitation measures may give the best relief to the growers.

We have developed the chitosan based derivatives which prevent the Xanthomonus attack if used properly in preventives spraying , keeping other parameter as per standard. Currently no cure available practically .

IIHR Bengaluru has succeeded in control of bacterial blight oof pomegranate through microbial interventions. We have developed a consortium of microbs which supresses the disease, promote plant growth and mobilizes nutrients through which the plant develops internal resistance to meet the challanges of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. punicae. This has been extensively tried and demonstrated successfully in Karnataka. Today this product named Arka Microbial Consortium (AMC) is licenced and is made available to farmers.
