My samples are CuS and CuS/rGO. I want to examine the photocatalytic activity of these samples under visible light. I'm going to use MB as dye and Xe arc lamp (350 W) as light source.
1.What temprature I should choose?
2. Is there any better lamp than Xe arc? What do you advice?
3. I read some papers, but I didnt understand exactly why we should cantrifuge the dye after every known time? And what we should do after collecting the solution after every known time?
Your question clearly demonstrates that you don't understand what are you doing. You need a superwiser on site. Don't waste your time.
Davood, please consult with your supervisor or any friends in your Institution. It is very difficult to explain because we all are far from you. It is somehow practical stuff. Also, read vigorously the Articles.
1. Maintain of temperature by using Julabo Water Bath.
2. Always try under visible light. In this case, you use 400 nm cutoff and water filter. I personally feel it is better use LED monochromatic.
3. For measurement of the concentration of the aliquot/supertantant of the samples, you need to centrifuge.
4. Another suggestion, Forget Dyes. Try other pollutants...

Temperature doesn't play much role in photocatalysis. Instead of going for Xe arc lamp do the experiment under sunlight. Only if you remove the suspended particles from them only u can able to measure the absorption of your dye under UV-vis spec.
U have to measure the abs of dye initial as well as sampling at every time to determine the percentage colour removal.
refer articles or books to get a clear idea about photocatalysts and their roles in the photo catalysis. then you proceed with confidence.
we have to centrifuge the experimented solution to separate the dyes and added photo catalysts.
Afterwards , to calculate the efficiency of photo catalysts (extent of dye decolourisation) we should measure the absorbance value. That time if the photo catalysts are present init, they give erroneous value
