I have result of apoptosis distributed in Q1,Q2,Q3 and Q4 i.e Live, early, late and dead apoptosis along with percentage so how I can put in to result along with comparative to control. Plz Guide me or send me related article on [email protected]

It depends a little bit on what you want to show. Some people will just compare the change in Q1, e.g. reduction of live cells through drug. Or sum up Q2-4 and state increase in apoptosis by drug.
If you want to show/compare them all you could use a stacked barplot, which even excel has to offer. Although I mainly see that for cell cycle analyses..

The early, middle and late apoptosis under in vitro culture conditions can be analyzed using AO/EtBr staining in control as well as experimental cells. The non-apoptotic cells are determined by green AO staining, while early apoptosis are detected by the yellow staining. The orange color indicate the apoptosis and orange-red color confirms that late apoptosis.
The number of these different color positive cells are counted and histogram can be generated. The representative cells for various stages can be placed on the top of the histogram in order to show the comparative data. For more detail see the link given below:
