First of all I want to say Thanks for your answer.The official website of ERTMS Agency will be useful for my work.

Now I have been preparing articles to International Conference. Just I can't to find information about methods of interval regulation of train movement and traction calculation in different European countries and accident reports of railway operations before and after implementation ERTMS. My main goal to introduce difference between 1520 (Russian) and 1435 (European) gauge railway operations.

Here in the US we are working with a mix of simulators and analytical tools to quantify potential benefits that RRs can obtain with new Train Control systems based on CBTC concept (in the US, it's called PTC - Positive Train Control). We have just started a project funded by the FRA (Federal Railroad Association) where we are investigating a couple of technologies and methods of operation that could be implemented on top of the current PTC architecture to either make railroad operations more efficient or improve overall reliability. We are targeting to have some preliminary results by the first semester of 2017. I can keep you posted as we progress, however, it would not be ERTMS/ETCS, but PTC - it may or may not help you...

It would be great to see the results of your research. Firstly, I will read about PTC, about difference beetween PTC and ERTMS. I believe that this information will be useful for me.  In the future it will be possible to compare three different train control systems - Russian, ERTMS and PTC.

Very interesting article Larisa. Is the new dispatching centre compliant with ERTMS?. Is the railroad implementing any ETCS Level? Any ETCS component in the locomotives?

Now this dispatching centre doesn't include ERTMS. There is microprocessor - based interlocking system with signals and track circuits. The new ERTMS implementation will be planed in the South - North corridors (Rail Baltica). For this reason I work with my research.
