How we can irradiate at low level to BHK, HEK cells during incubation?

I want to irradiate cells to see some chances at mRNA. How can I irradiate cells keeping them viable during incubation?

You will need a gamma irradiator. This is a device with a source of Cesium, encased by a lead shield. Viability is not an issue if you use 1-5 Gray (gray or Gy are units equal to 100 rads). This requires exposure times of 0.5-4 minutes or so depending on the strength of your source. The DNA damage response genes are activated and cells will survive the lower doses after they undergo a cell cycle arrest and subsequent DNA repair.
