Why do you want to extract? What purpose will it serve since they are easily available in the market at the purest forms.
I want to see the effect of different concentrations of PEG with bacteria on the growth of rice by the measurement of growth regulators after their extraction, that's why i want to extract these plant hormones.
Sonuji, you can use GC method or HPLC for quantifying the auxins content. For this you have use methanol or ethanol or alkaline water for extraction of auxins from the sample. but remember all the solvents you use should be of HPLC grades only. Please follow the attachment.
