many answers are available here, which says the standard deviation of the blank should be taken for the calculation. But my doubt is how we can find out the standard deviation of the blank if we are taking peak height for calibration, (as blank does not have a peak)?
Think about how you measure the baseline value. In different measurements, you have different values. For these values you can always calculate a standard deviation (noise of the baseline). Convert this std dev (noise) to a concentration value and multiply it by 3: this is LoD.
Avoid thinking that the measured blank value is exactly 0,000....
