We isolated a phage for pseudomonas and now we need to define its family?is there anyvwto define it by single pcr followed by sequencing?or is there any company to do whole sequencing for us?

TEM stydy gives primitive information of about family of a phages. centrifuge ur phage filtrate and subjected to 1% uranyl acetate staining and observed for the morphologically, ur phages belonging to which family based on tail structure.
