How we can deactivate the cytotoxic Agent from laboratory wastage? Normally we use 1% Hypochlorite. Is it is effective?

Cytotoxic agents such as Cisplatin, Oxaliplatin, Capecitabine are deactivate by Hypochlorite solution.
