Over the optical switched network, topology design can help to establish the optimal a set of paths that can be used to transfer the incoming data traffic. The built topology consists of the reserved lightpath or light-tree which minimize the allowed resource in term of wavelength bandwidth and fiber delay line as well as wavelength converter capability. The set of optimum path can assured the requested QoS in term of several parameters, especially traffic loss and end-to-end blocking delay. The issue here is how to synchronize between the schemes including resource optimization and QoS provision?
