In general, it depends on the style of the journal, but if you ask me I say : write them without space!! Regards.

In English, this is usually dependent upon the house style of the respective publication outlet. In German, the Duden dictionary recommends placing a protected space between the value and the dimension symbol.
Either way you choose, you won't make a mistake; at most you might be flouting some convention.

Hello Muhammad, what you explain fits in with the multifarious way this is handled across different publications.
You could try and have a look at an Oxford English Dictionary and see what they recommend (I couldn't find it on their website, so try an actual book). If I remember correctly (I don't own one), they discuss it somewhere in the prelims.
In the end, if you have been consistent in your own text, you could easily amend it with a global "finds and replace".

The American Chemical Society has their own style guide, and differs from the standard in that they prefer a space between a temperature and oC.
