I am modeling graphene layers by Abaqus software. I am in trouble to view graphene model after simulating. Can I view nanoscale graphene layers in Abaqus/viewier? By the way, who please give me some advice to model and simulate graphene layers at nanoscale by Abaqus because I am a new Abaqus user. Thank you very much!
How did you create your model?
The CAE interface has an internal precision of 1.e-6, if I recall correctly - distances smaller than that will not be accurately resolved. You can perhaps switch to different units to avoid this if this is th eproblem (your post is not very specific).

I create model in input file and simulate by ABAQUS COMMAND. I have read another paper which talk about using A, eV/A and eV/A3 for length, force and Young's modulus to simulate graphene layers. So I think I should follow this paper.
Because I use non-linear springs to connect two layers as van der Waals forces, I have to simulate by Abaqus/Explicit step. To run Abaqus/Explicit step I need mass density of graphene layers at Angstrom unit scale. Mass density is still my problem now. Could you teach me how to get it. Thank you very much!
