My currently research aims to understanding the relationship between two variables. And I using a quantitative research, now I distribute the questionnaire to the respondents to validity and reliability test using SPSS. To validity test i using Pearson's Product Moment. And my question is:
Is the data table created in a part of each variables or I have to mix of them? e.g. The questions that contain variable X are on the number 1-10, and the questions that contain variable Y are on the number 11-20.
In the SPSS should I measure variable X (questions number 1-10) first then I measure variable Y (questions number 11-20)? Or I do it in a same data sheet from question number 1-20?

one of the most popular ways to check validity is the correlation between each item scores and the total scores for each dimension, I am not sure that I get your question well, but if you have an instrument with two dimensions (for the same latent trait or not) then you want the validity for each dimension separately.
you use Pearson corr. coeff. when you try to assess the relatinship between two variables, but if you mean that you try to estimate convergent or divergant validity then it is ok to do so.

Before running your analysis I would recommend carrying out a reliability analysis if it hasn't already been done. First carry out a Principal Component Analysis on one set if 10 variables and see how well they load on the first component then decide which variables to include and carry out a Cronbach's alpha reliability analysis. All being well you can add the scores of the remaining variables together to create a single scale variable.
Repeat with the other group of variables then construct a scatter plot before deciding what kind of correlation to look for.
