For my research (topic: leadership for innovative work behavior: the role of psychological safety and team learning) I want to test some mediation effects.

My research variables are:

- Transformational Leadership (TFL) on team level

- Psychological Safety (PS) on team level

- Team Learning (TL) on team level

- Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) individual level

The mediation effects I want to test:

TFL -> PS -> IWB

TFL -> TL -> IWB

TFL -> PS -> TL ->IWB

First I want to aggregate the individual ratings of TFL, PS and TL to team level (I'll calculate the RWG to justify). Than I want I want to use the bootstrap method of Hayes (2009) to test the mediation effects (this way: http://www.socialchangelab.net/uploads/9/8/7/7/98771854/nloxton_mediationbootstrapping.pdf).

Is this the right way to do this or is there a better method ?
