I was trying to induce lipid deposition in HepG2 cells using palmitic acid as well as oleic acid but not able to get the desired resuld. how to use palmitic acid and oleic acid to induce lipid deposition. I am Oil red O stain to stain lipid in HepG2 cells but not able to get the result. what is the staining protocol of Oil red O in HepG2 cells.
