Hi, I am imaging axonal transport. In my videos, the axons tend to move a little between the first and last time points (~200s). How can I stabilize this 'sway' to avoid errors when I attempt to analyze the dynamics of cargo? Specific instructions are greatly appreciated. I attempted to use ImageJ stabilizer plugin but was greeted by an error message. Also keep in mind that I have over 200 frames per video and 20 videos- is there any way to automatically stabilize these videos without having to manually identifying points in each frame of each video?
