How to use Estimate S for biodiversity assessment?

Can I get some video or any other material to help with how to use Estimate S for biodiversity assessment. I will especially need some help on how to prepare the data for analysis. A video demonstrating the process would be helpful. Thanks.

Have you been able to access the user's guide? EstimateS 9.1.0 user's guide is available here: http://viceroy.colorado.edu/estimates/EstimateSPages/EstSUsersGuide/EstimateSUsersGuide.htm. It has sections on preparing data and running the program.
