I read the article "Prediction of HIV drug resistance from genotype with encoded three-dimensional protein structure"

URL:https://bmcgenomics.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1471-2164-15-S5-S1

The authors use "Delaunay triangulation" for many mutant HIV protein, and they make numerical vector representing protein structure and sequence.

I am interested that "Delaunay triangulation" makes same length vector although each mutant HIV has different number of atoms.

Anyway, I'd like to try this method, but I could not find this program.

Could you please teach me where it is and if possible, teach me the program which is used via python or R language.

If you know similar methods, you also teach me.

Sorry to say selfish, please help me.
