What unit is PQR files's charge?

I do not know units of PQR file's charge.

I think it is elementary charge(e= 1.6021766208(98)×10^(−19 )C).

So, if 2.00 is written in column of charge, it means its atom has about 3.20 ×10^(−19 )C. Is it correct?
