There is lot of discussion about this technology, but I wonder if someone has actually used this successfully in vivo. Furthermore, I wonder how to deliver the vector system for in vivo targeting for a gene.
I thas been recently publsihed by in vivo injection of a large volume into the mouse tail (hydrodynamic injection) containing the CRISPR/CAS9 and a ssDNA for the correction of a mutation in the HT1 gene.

They co-inject Cas9 mRNA and single guide RNAs into zygotes and successfully disrupt 5 genes simultaneously!
