I have procured CRM - FAGO FAME Content certified reference material and Sigma Aldrich Lipid Standard, Mono- , Di- , & Triglyceride mix for performing analysis of my lipids and products of transesterification reaction. I would like to know if there is an SOP for using these standards or can I employ the same method file that I use for the analysis of my samples.
