I am a part of Skill India, working on advance training and skilling of fresh graduates t make them industry ready. eg Automotive Crash analysis, EV design, etc.
How can we use all the three domains of Blooms Taxonomy to give feedback to them on area that he/she should focus on?
Are you aware about some software that can do this?

- Instill to the students that each skill of the rungs of Taxonomy is arranged for a reason. The first skill is the prerequisite skill for the next skill. Prior knowledge scaffolds the newly introduced concept. If such concept was or is clear and deeply understood then it is easy for the students to employ any of the skills such as explaining or paraphrasing, etc. Bottom line, the students can do each skill strongly if they themselves have been doing/practicing it.
- As an educator, I do believe in the principle of starting with basic concepts to complex theories; thereby, Bloom's Taxonomy is utilized meaningfully.

Please let me point out - I do not understand you critique toward my input. I am not a county specialist of India, so I simply searched for case-studies that Mr. Patil can use the way he thinks it fits his interest. The application of Bloom taxonomy is a case - and context dependent task. I am not a guru to say - this way you should go. I only wanted to contribute to the discussion.

Look for the verbs associated in every level, with these you can assess your student. For example, in remembering, typical wh-question like what when and where will do, for analyzing, the words compare and contrast will do.
