I don't know how to do it in Matlab, but you can translate your code in the language R, is similar to Matlab, and use the script in any other program, just invoke the interpreter.

I think you can use VISUAL BASIC software. It works well with C but insure to use basic commands rather than Matalb bult in commands in ur code

Well, is R common for this purpose? Because I am not familiar with R and I am not sure how much time will it require to learn it. My final goal is to turn the code into a Mobile App.

If you have the "MATLAB Coder" you can transform your matlab codes to C or C++. Most the functions are covered but you may need to rewrite if that function you are using in MATLAB is not covered. For instance in 2015 version exit function was not covered somehow but it can easily be written using standart if loops.

Another option is using "MATLAB Compiler" which converts matlab programs to standalone applications by using "MATLAB Runtime" which is free.

I think MATLAB GUIs (also known as graphical user interfaces or UIs) can be an option to turn the code to a software application controlled by ponit-and-click and does not need to learn a language or type commands in order to run the application .

Matlab has an app axtened that, i don't remember name, you can use that to creat exe software

I know about that capability in Matlab. But what I meant is to make an application for a mobile. It will not work for that purpose.

It's pretty simple, But much time consuming job.

Type "guide" in the command window in MATLAB and press enter.

select "Create New GUi" and then Chose "Blank GUI" and press Ok.

Now you can design your own App environment and put your codes within proper Call_back sections.

Finally type "deploytool" in command window and press enter, then select "Application Compiler" and then select your .m file and GUI figure and develop you App easily.

Although you need some education to do this, But certainly it is much easier than moving from MATLAB to another App development language.

Your answer is the second alternative I've explained above and this alternative requires "MATLAB Runtime" (which is free by the way) to be installed in order to use the standalone application.

However, later Behrang explained that he wants a mobile application. In mobile platforms "MATLAB Runtime" cannot be run. Hence, that remains the first alternative which requires "MATLAB Coder" to transform MATLAB program into a C/C++ code. If "MATLAB Coder" is available transformation is done automatically and he can compile that C/C++ code to generate and executable file for the platform he wants.

You might try to convert your code into Python language which is so close to MATLAB laguage. In addition, creating an app will be easier in Python.

I would prefer to do this in another language as the code developed in Matlab can hardly be transformed into an App. Python is an alternative, however I wonder if there are signal processing libraries readily available for it.
