How to troubleshoot excessive noise when peaking lamp, and zero absorbance if sample does inject - Thermo Fisher ice3300 FAAS?

I am experiencing troubles with my Thermo Fisher ice 3300. I keep getting a warning: excessive noise when peaking the lamp, may not be optimum - check energy.

Additionally, when I try inject a sample, the sample injects, but no matter the concentration of the sample, the absorbance comes out zero.

Can anyone advise what can possibly be the issue(s)?
