Clot sustained in a accident, however patient doesn't has any sign or difficulties. Some physician suggest it may dissolve itself and other recommends a surgery. Please explain.
I'm afraid we don't have enough information to competently answer your question, it would require an in-depth review of the patient's clinical situation and imaging. What you are describing sounds like a pulmonary embolism. If this was related to an accident or a traumatic event, it would likely develop days to weeks after a traumatic incident, likely following with a prolonged hospital admission and/or a period of prolonged immobility. If the patient had risk factors predating the traumatic incident, it may have been there previously and incidentally discovered with imaging related to traumatic event. These are treated primarily with coagulation agents and very rarely may need percutaneous treatment options when there is life-threatening hemodynamic instability.
Again, these are conjectures. The best source would be to have an in-depth discussion with a physician familiar with the patient's condition, imaging, paired with their own experience of managing pulmonary embolism (if that is what you are describing).
Thanks a lot Dr. David H Ballard, for remarkable explanation. The clot actually in peritonial cavity, outside from any vial organs. I will share some photographs as receives.
