How to transport ovarian tumor ascites for a long distance?

One of my collaborators wants to send some ovarian tumor ascites. It will take at least 3-4 days to reach me using the fastest courier. I need the cells in live condition. Is there any way of doing it? If suspended in special media, how long they may survive? What is the best freezing method for these cells, if to be couriered in dry ice?
