TEM is usually used for capturing the images of nano particles such as quantum dots as they can not be seen with other techniques such as FESEM but for the thin films of organic polymers such as PEDOT:PSS no one use TEM as it is not required and can not give you any fruitful information.

Thanks. Actually, I found one paper using TEM to image the PEDOT: PSS, but as your answer, it did not give any special information.

Thanks for your answer. I have gave up the attempt, because I can't transfer my PEDOT: PSS film to the Cu film.

PS: SUST have TEMs too.
