How to tailor drug release with PCL and PLGA blend upto 2 weeks or 3 weeks? We are having 20 % release in three weeks & we want to make it 100 % in two or three weeks? If somebody had any idea or worked with the same blend?

other starting points could be to vary fiber diameter and/or spin the fiber itself more porous by inducing phase separations.

Further to the above answer, the degradation rate of PLGA is based on the ration of lactic and glycolic acids. Please see the following publication:
