i want to synthesize Nanocomposite by in situ incorporation of Ag nanoparticles in biopolymer matrix .i will use Agno3 for the synthesis of Ag-nanocomposite with a derivative of biopolymer ,,could you plese suggest me any method that u have derived or used for this type of reserch ?
To synthesize Ag nanoparticle-biopolymer nanocomposites in situ, mix AgNO₃ with a biopolymer solution and reduce Ag⁺ ions using the biopolymer or an added reducing agent under heating or light. This process yields well-dispersed Ag nanoparticles uniformly embedded in the polymer matrix.

One of the bio-based polymers that can be used is polybenzoxazine. First, a bio-based benzoxazine monomer should be synthesized and mixed with silver nanoparticles. After that, the curing process is carried out to obtain the Ag-containing matrix.
Dissolve the PBZ monomer (or a soluble prepolymer) in a compatible solvent, then add AgNO₃. Perform in-situ reduction by adding NaBH₄ dropwise on ice, or use a green reducing agent such as tea extract, so that AgNPs form within the matrix while still in solution. Cast the film and cure it using the lowest effective curing schedule (e.g., stepwise at 80 → 120 → 150 °C) to minimize nanoparticle sintering.
