I want to synthesise graphene from graphite. Can anyone give me an easy procedure for that?

In the meanwhile, it depends on what experimental system you have access, because you can do the CVD or chemical approaches (Hummers method to produce GO, followed by Hidrazine reduction to get rGO, almost graphene).

There are alot of Chemical methods . The paper given in above comment by @zehra is good and go for that paper...
there is always the tape and peal method! This is how the original inventors did it.
It is very easy to do and cheap.

Electrical Transport in “Few-Layer Graphene” Film Prepared by the Hot-Spray Technique: The Effect of Thermal Treatment
About 5 g of pristine natural graphite flakes was mixed with the volume ratio (1:30) mixture of concentrated ni- tric acid (98%) and hydrogen peroxide (30%). Then the resulting mixture was ultrasonicated, stirred for 1 h, and washed using diluted nitric acid (30%). A spot of acetic acid (CH3COOH, about 6 ml) was added to the reactant

and stirred for another 0.5 h. After vacuum filtration, the mixture was washed with deionized water to neutral pH (pH = 7). After kept at 60°C for 4 h, the expansion was carried out at 800 W by microwaver irradiating the pre- treated sample for 20 s. Under microwave irradiation, the precursors exfoliated rapidly, accompanied by lightening. The exfoliated graphite was detected by XRD (Rigaku Dmax-2400; Rigaku Corporation, Tokyo, Japan) and SEM (Quanta 200FEG; FEI Company, Hillsboro, OR, USA).
About 5 mg EG was dispersed in 50 ml deionized water and stripped by ultrasonication with agitation at 60°C for 0.5 h. The centrifugation process was used to remove the big and thick multilayer flakes, and the small flakes were finally kept in the upper liquid. It was fetched as the well- dispersed graphene-like nanosheets solution and used to prepare graphene-like nano-sheets.

Also, Exfoliation of graphite in solvents. A method inspired by, e.g., obtaining dispersions of GO to yield individual layers of graphene oxide (i.e., colloidal dispersions) is to make dispersions of graphite in various solvents; this is typically done by exposure of graphite powders in organic solvents such as DMF or NMP to high intensity ultrasound,and while significant progress has been made, the yield is relatively low. (One notes the paper in 1962 by Boehm et al., that presented TEM results that pinpointed the presence of individual layers of reduced graphene oxide, by densitometry analysis of TEM images).
‘Other methods’. Substrate-free gas-phase synthesis of graphene platelets in a microwave plasma reactor and arc- discharge synthesis of multi-layered graphene have also recently been reported. It seems likely that reports of gas phase synthesis of ‘graphene powders’ will increase in the future, and the authors suggest it as an important area of research. Large scale production of ‘powdered’ graphene of high C purity by CVD approaches (including thermal CVD, etc.) could provide material in sufficient quantity for a host of likely applications, as well as for fundamental science.
