I have optimized the parameters for silver nano particle synthesis in small scale but in large scale the compounds coated inside the wall of Round bottom flask and magnetic pellet. The Reducing agent (amino acid)added into silver nitrate into drop wise with constant stirring.
HI, are you seeking for alternative ways to prepare the AgNPs at large scale or the solution related of product sticking on the RB wall?? If your question is for the later one, then you could easily get rid of from the sticking problem by adding the proper solvent and sonicate the RB with magnetic pallet, follow by filtration.
If the solution is well stirred why should the product stick on the wall of the vessel, unless the Ag NPs form mirror on side wall of the flask. Perhaps you need to use more diluted silver nitrate solution to get more dispersed NPs. What concentration of silver nitrate did you use?
Is it supported or non-supported ones? The problem will relate you to the nucleation process which requires and favours the presence of substrate, hence adding an appropriate substrate would be a better solution, otherwise you can probably make thin teflon coating on inner side of RB. Is it possible to use a bit stronger reducing agent, that might also help as it would accelerate nucleation.

i have used a precursor and reducing agent concentration is 1mM.
In some of our works we observed that if a small amount of PVP is used, as stabilizer, it can help a lot.
