How to sum three variables that are on different scales without standardization?

I have one variable (V1) with an answer category (k1) ranging from 1-9 and two variables (Vi) ranging from 0-11 (k2). I want to sum them to one score starting from one and without negative values to use them for multiple regression and an better interpretation of the coefficents.

This is pretty simple: learn more about "scientific notation". You'll find there are ways to display figures at three levels:

1. Standard: liter, gram, etc.

2. Macro-world: mega, giga, etc.

3. Micro-world: nano, etc.
