May I transform unstandardized regression coefficients to beta if the IV is already standardized but the DV is not?

I have b = -0.42 Sy = 0.95 S x = 0.99 I need Beta. But the predictor (x) is already standardized. May I nevertheless use this formula? beta = b * ( S x / Sy) Thanks for help
