I found an interesting web site that allows the researchers to legally submit their manuscript to more than one publisher at the same time. The publishers will have initial screening and come back to the researcher with the possibility to review the work by their organization or not. After receiving the responses from say "3" publishers, the researcher then can submit the work officially to only one. The site is shown below, but it is for the field of medicine only. My question is (can any of you find similar service for other fields?)

This not acceptable. Normally research articles are submitted to one publisher/journal and you need to wait until you get a decision.
Would suggest not to do it. Select the journal where review is done in expedited way and less waiting time. If rejected try another one.

I think sending a single article to more than one journal is unethical. The best way of proceeding from one journal to another is after editorial decision. But, if you want to find the best journal which fits your article, you can use JANE estimator. Moreover, the link you provided explains how to select journals for your article. Thanks@All

I neither don't know any comparable possibility in the field of geosciences. I appreciate any information on that issue.
The submission of research manuscript is for one journal if it rejected you can submitted to another one.
Usually articles are submitted to one journal at a time.
If it is rejected, one can then try another journal.Sometimes the rejection is the fault of the researcher when he /she has not considered or taken note of the journal's interest.
