How to store HMF? - FAQS.TIPS

I am working on the electrolytic oxidation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural.

I am currently storing 5-hmf dissolved in water in the refrigerator, but I am not getting good experimental results, perhaps because of this.

How should I store it? Also, is it possible to store it for a long time?
