We only see a partial schematic and Google searches for "diode switched multilevel inverter " come up with a wide variety of results. What is the problem that this circuit is trying to solve? Can you describe the expected inputs and outputs of your circuit?
What are the DC voltages and where do they come from? Are the ratios of voltage 1:2:3:7, or are those ratios of powers available? What about the current capacity of the sources? Are they solar panels or something? Your circuit switches them in and out using IGBTs, to balance the powers supplied to the load. Are you trying to find algorithms / circuits to control this additive process? You have everything in series, the currents through each source will be limited by that source - so your controller may need MPPT ability and current boosting via transformers or inductances to match each source to the overall load and operate at maximum efficiency. This is not as simple as it looks! Best wishes with your research!
