Hey Mohsen,

we keep our NAC stock solution at 4 °C without any additive substances and it is usable for at least a year. We prepare a 500 mM Stock NAC (Sigma-Aldrich) in PBS and adjust the pH to 7.4 and sterile filter it. It will fall out a little bit over time in storage, but short vortexing gets it quickly dissolved again and usable.
