Can anybody help me to maintain these nanoparticles for longer periods and how to dry without disrupting the stability? I have synthesized silver nanoparticles using green synthesis methods using plant extract and silver nitrate solution. But I found that the nanoparticles continue to coagulate and swerve the peak after synthesis and analyzed using UV-Spec.

The obtained nanoparticles should be purified by centrifuging the solution at 9000 rpm for 20 min, and the resulting pellets were rinsed three times using distilled water.

Ultrasonic bath ( sonication ) can be used instead of heating for preparation of green nanopartical , centrifuge the solution at different speed starting from 1000 rpm till 10000 rpm in order to separate green nano with different size.
