How to sort tumor endothelial cells for ATAC seq?

Hello,

I am interested in sorting out tumor associated endothelial cells from an orthotopic lung tumor model for the purpose of ATAC seq. I need atleast 50,000 cells and 90% viability for ATAC.

Does anyone have experience in this?
