I am a new cellprofiler user. I have created a pipeline for my project.
The problem is, the cellprofiler was not responding when I drag the certain images folder/files into my pipeline. But it was working for other images folder/files although format is same (TIF file).I have tried to browse the file and also import file tab, but still don't work.
There are no pop-up box appear, just not responding either folder or images. I have tried to drag just one image from this (unworking) set, and still no responding. but with the other (working) image (with the same format) works.
Have gone back and forth through cellprofiler's user forum but no satisfied answer so far. Anyone can suggest me what is the solution for this?
