When I start the measurement after putting my sample in DLS machine, it shows zero count rate and didn't measure the readings. I have also attached the screenshot for your kind consideration. If anyone can help me regarding the solution of this issue, will be highly appreciated.

Obvious possible causes:
Laser not on
Detector not on
Laser blocked - do you have electrodes in the cuvette?
Shutter stuck closed
Some you can figure out and, if no joy, contact Brookhaven.
One other possibility could be: cuvette not inserted correctly / all the way to the bottom of the cell holder. Although a count rate of 0.00 counts per second is somewhat hinting at a detector failure. Even dark counts should typically be a few counts per second. But I am not familiar with the Nanobrook software.
You could also place a highly scattering sample into the system to check if it can detect something. Good luck!
