How to solve the problem while doing the assay optimization in duplex reaction of qPCR?

i am doing a research about optimization of assay probe-based (mutant labeled FAM and wild-type labeled HEX) and while doing the optimization of concentration of probes in duplex reaction for mutant sample, there's constantly a curve of HEX that increases under 5000 RFU. does that caused by the unspecific probe that employed?
