Dear researchers,
I am dealing with GIMIC (gauge-including magnetically induced currents) program. I successfully compiled it under linux but all the tests (23/23, started with the command ”make test”) failed. I installed all the required packages for GIMIC. I am not an expert in linux, but I want to learn to use it better, and I do not know how to solve this problem. If anyone can help me with this, I will be very gratful.

Dear Ioan,
I tried installing and testing GIMIC, and found that importing commaSeparatedList and downcaseTokens from pyparsing in getkw.py caused issues. I don't know if these imports are crucial for something, but I was able to get all the tests working by removing them.
1. Before running setup, in src/fgimic/getkw.py remove commaSeparatedList on line 24 and downcaseTokens on line 25.
2. Do the installation as instructed:
./setup
cd build
make
make install
(note that the setup script doesn't tell you to run make install, but this step is included in the documentation page)

I am so sorry for the late reply. I was occupied with the experimental part of my work. I have just reinstalled GIMIC as you sugest me, and the problem of commaSeparatedList and downcaseTokens is solved. Thank you a lot for your answer!
However, the make test failed again, this time because of another error:
Errors while running CTest
make: *** [Makefile:130: test] Error 8
I will prepare a input for gimic to see if it will run or will fail.
