I am processing an XRD data with rietveld refinement using fullprof to explain some effects in an upcoming paper. I am having a problem like this and don't know why and how to solve it.
When I rescale, all the data is collapsed to the base but the algorithm still runs normally and the chi-square index is quite low. I hope everyone can help.

There are several adjustments that must be made, and I would recommend to start another file. Adjust first the scale and peaks positions, and if they fit right, you do the profile adjustments.
