Why I cannot add a new journal to the RG journal list?

Dear Mr/Ms at the RG editor/operator team,

I am from Vietnam and in my country there are several journals that have not been included in the RG's list. While I can add them manually months ago, now I cannot. Could you please reopen the box to fill in so we can add more journals?

Also, Tort Law Review by Thompson Reuters (Australia) are not included in the list so I cannot add it too. Could you change that setting?
