Hi, I am trying to run a NAMD conf file. While running I see a problem which is:
"FATAL ERROR: ABNORMAL EOF FOUND -buffer=*END*
Is there anyone to help me to solve this problem ?

This is an end-of-file error. Check the end of your pdb,psf and parameter files (all inputs). Probably one of them has been interrupted while being created. I can help you more if you upload the files.
